Chicken Avocado Soup

Ingredients
2 cups chicken stock3/4 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 garlic clove, finely chopped1/2 lime
1/2 poblano pepper, chopped2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 avocado1 dash dried cilantro
Directions

Place stock in pan with garlic and pepper and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cut avocado in half around the pit; twist apart, then peel off skin and dice the flesh. Toss with lime juice to prevent discoloration. Arrange the chicken, avocado, onions and cilantro evenly into two soup bowls. Ladle hot broth over and serve with tortilla chips. This recipe is roughly for two people but can be multiplied to serve more.
