Ingredients
4 cups 1-minute oats, uncooked1/2 cup golden raisins (sultanas)
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts 1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Directions

Mix everything in a big bowl. Store in a sealed container. Good with fresh fruit, especially blueberries and nectarines. You can easily add your favorite nuts and dried fruit, such as hazelnuts, or chopped dried apricots. Also good as a topping for yogurt.
