Ingredients
5 cups minute oatmeal, uncooked1/2 cup golden raisins (sultanas)
1 cup walnut pieces1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Separate any raisins or cranberries that have stuck together. Keep in sealed container. Enjoy! (especially good with fresh blueberries and nectarine). Can add other dried fruit or nuts as desired. Also good as topping for yogurt.
